Each suite is equipped with 100% cotton Turkish towels, a bottle of spring water with electrolytes, and a gorgeous eucalyptus Sunlighten mPulse smart sauna.

The Believe and Conquer mPulse saunas are both equipped with red light therapy, chromotherapy, and 6 preset programs designed to target specific health strategies. The sauna tablets are equipped with music and several entertainment apps for everything from a yoga class to Netflix movies.

We offer two types of sauna sessions: sauna only and sauna with hydrotherapy. Hydrotherapy simply means that in addition to an amazing sauna session you get to take a soak in an outdoor clawfoot tub. In the Conquer we like to start with a nice long hot soak and then let our tub go cold for plunging during our sauna session. The Believe sauna is for cold plungers only. As an additional therapeutic benefit we add our house made mixed salts and beneficial herb bath tea. Each batch of tea is brewed for 24 hours for maximum extraction of aromatics and health benefits and is amazing in both hot and cold tubs. In the Spring, we add cold-water bucket showers to each courtyard. Enjoy your peaceful self-guided moment of relaxation. Perfect for me time. Take a deep breath and enjoy the fresh air.
